There is a 1 night stay early check out fee for all reservations made with a minimum length of stay restriction rate plan. - In addition to authorization for the full amount of a guests stay, we also ask for a 100.00 USD security deposit on a debit/credit card. - Cash customers require a deposit of 100.00 USD. - All Comfort Suites are 100% smoke free hotel. There is a 250.00 USD penalty for smoking in rooms. - No confetti/glitter or balloons allowed. - 200.00 USD cleaning fee for excessive trash left in the room. - Complimentary Self Parking. - To promote an uninterrupted stay, many Choice Hotels locations offer housekeeping services upon request for shorter visits and after every third night during longer stays.
