When we checked in they said my card was declined and I knowing wasn't declined because they gave us a confirmation number.. then had to usemy husband card which we shouldn't have .. when it was already confirmed on my end. Had to wait until the next day to call my card and to come to find out it declined because they was trying to over charge us instead of entering the amount that it was suppose to be.. then goes in the room the hot tub button kept shutting off. The toilet seat seem like it was broke.. the TV kept buffering doing my Netflix and stopping with regular channels. Man next to us asking us for a cigarette like he lived there. Bkfst was limited with the orange juice added with water. Pork sausage not letting the customers know their pork when my husband dont eat pork. I nevered had an experience like this at a hotel . The lady and man was very rude to us while checking in and trying to resolve the issue with the card.. I will not stay here again ..

Very poor breakfast and gym
