Bed bugs

Well to start I was giving a room on the 3rd floor,they didn't have a cart to get my things up there. I wasn't offered any help,as the employees walked past me multiple times. At 1 point I even asked the 1 gentlemen if they had one and he just shrugged his shoulders!!! There wasn't even any coffee in the am...

The furnishings were shoddy, the mirror not cleaned, the door had a large gap under it, the electrical outlet in the bathroom was coming off, garbage cans outside the rooms had flies. Unfortunately, I had to select a smoking room because it was the only one that would accommodate my pet. Items with cigarette burns like the toilet seat, and bed spread could have been easily replaced. The cost of the room was higher than what hotels of this quality normally charge, and it was a week night.
