Unpleasant Experience

When I first arrived at Comfort Suites, the lobby smelled great, which gave me a good first impression. However, when I approached the front desk, Ms. Kerrie seemed more focused on finishing a conversation and saying goodbye to a coworker than assisting me. She did not make eye contact and appeared to be rushing the process. She asked for my card “to hold on file” since I booked through a third party but did not explain why. I had to ask for clarification myself. When I got to my room, it smelled unpleasant. At first, I assumed it was just because the air hadn’t been on in a while. But then I noticed that one of the pillows was not placed properly on the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I called the front desk, and they sent someone to inspect the room. When she arrived, her demeanor made it feel like we were bothering her. We only wanted to ensure the room was clean before getting comfortable. She was a bit aggressive, stating that she had already inspected the room and “knew it was clean.” We also asked for two fresh pillows, and she seemed annoyed about that request. As for breakfast, I was very disappointed. There were limited options, and what was available did not taste good. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the breakfast was so unappealing. We ended up eating out, which defeated the purpose of choosing a hotel with free breakfast. I don’t usually fill out surveys, but I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. If you’re thinking about staying here, I personally would not recommend it. Save your time and money.

Smell and dirty bathroom tub is clogged and the 4.2 star is not accurate probably.really disappointed I will give 2 star only
