Debris from cleanout of adjacent room stacked next to door to our room and it was blocking our door in the morning

First of all, the pool was fantastic. And, you allowed me to check in 1 hour early which I really appreciated. Now the not so good news. 1. The bed had to be the worst bed I have ever attempted to sleep in. It was literally a U with absolutely NO support. How old is that bed? A God-awful uncomfortable sleep. 2. Four rooms to my left looked like a trash heap with tons of furniture and lots of odds and ends just sitting outside the rooms. It just looked like a terrible VERY UNPROFESSIONAL mess. 3. When I checked out, the unpleasant gentleman behind the desk gruffly said, "I can't print receipts. You have to wait until the manager comes in." No apology. No offer to send me a receipt. Just very very unfriendly. 4. While not a big thing, people leaving in the morning need a lid to the coffee cup to drink it in their car. Why don't you have coffee lids? Items 2, 3 & 4 are bearable but the inability to sleep in a really REALLY terrible bed is just inexcusable. Had I known you had such poor quality beds, I never would have stayed there. It is too bad because the lady that checked me in was lovely. The room was really clean. The price was good. But people need a decent bed which I should have gotten and sadly, did not. I need a receipt please. sg

The room smells like Mold and the toilet is too small.
