The room was dirty. This was the second time this happened. The first time the shower was filled with hair from a previous guest, the floors were dirty and the duvet was stained. This time the sink was filled dirty water from previous guest and the towels had not been replenished. The two bedside tables did not work (lights or plugs). The bed had not been freshly made. It was the second stay meant to rectify the first stay in which the room had clearly not been cleaned- two very disappointing stays. Will likely not be back and would not recommend it.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Value for money is excellent. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent.
