Family event two rooms with my 81-year-old father

As a diamond member, I was put in a horrible room which I took pictures of, but Shannon or Bonnie didn’t seem to care much. Also, my 81-year-old father was supposed to move into room 307 for Shannon because it was an adjoining room. I was told it would be the first room cleaned that day however, I got resistance when I asked about it and never did get a call or notice to change rooms for my father. Kim was incredibly nice and helpful.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, but parking was extra and breakfast was extra which was no more special than a free breakfast at any other hotel.
