I felt completely satisfied with your hotel and check-in staff after I had previously booked a reservation here through a second party on Oct 3 and then upon arriving at the hotel, the check-in lady was able to allow us to stay as she still had rooms available! I had digital documentation and a reminder from the 2nd party of my reservation just a few days prior of checking in, however Quality Inn had nothing sent to them from the 2nd party! So I checked in and went to my room and called 2nd party, to straighten out their mistake of communication with Quality Inn, I then returned to the front desk and showed the lady my paper copy of the previously booked reservation from earlier in October! Thank You for your understanding and accepting us as customers! Your breakfast was very good, we didn't use the pool, exercise room, or any other areas offered, however the hospitality was awesome, hot coffee available 24 hrs near the lobby, and a place for our party to sit and play cards in the evening! Everything was fine except the TV remote didn't work, maybe due to needs new batteries

Clean room. Roomy… Great breakfast.. young lady at the desk is very helpful.
