We discovered that we had bed bugs, as did another guest that we heard coming into the lobby to complain about the same thing. Also, the refrigerator door would not shut, one of the toasters was broken when having breakfast, the waffle mix was empty, and the coffee was terrible. They were very pleasant and nice, but the maintenance of that hotel is obviously not up to par. We spent the next day having to stop at a laundromat to wash and dry all of our clothes. We vacuumed out our truck and had to put everything into black plastic bags in hopes of not spreading the bedbugs. One of the persons in our room had numerous bites And the you could see on the sheets that there were small blood stains.

Hotel smelled heavily of a terrible cleaner almost burning the eyes, air conditioning didn’t work, no towels in the bathroom, window opened but no screen, mattress was in terrible shape with burns on the edge of it and stains all over it.
