The staff were amazing, the hotel was extremely clean, breakfast was on time (actually a tad early), checking in was easy, & the beds/pillows were very comfortable.

The room was dirty. The sheets had stains on them. The bed pillows were square throw pillows inside larger pillowcases. My room was on the first floor next to the side door entrance that you could get into without a key card, which felt unsafe. There was lots of street noise from semi trucks parked outside my window (Costco is across the street).
