Reviews
Econolodge in Billings Montana
Hair in the shower/tub, water from the sink was hard to turn on and sprayed everywhere, exterior door scan didn’t work. Poor quality breakfast option. But the staff was great and friendly. The area felt safe.

First, the staff who work there are very kind and helpful, great individuals. But, there was a leak in the bathroom going into the hallway, a maintenance person had drilled a hold into the pipe. Therefore, not only was the hole not taped off, it kept leaking and the paint and sheetrock in the bathroom were pealing off of the wall, black mold is gong to happen. Second, in one of the rooms, the lamp wasn't plugged in, I went to plug it in but the wall socket was completed fried (black and melted), therefore no lamp in the room for the senior citizens. Just dangerous. The key cards never ever kept their charge. We were always going back and getting them reprogramed. only a couple times were they next to a phone, we made sure of that. Nobody restocked the rooms with towels for the 2nd day, we didn't have a "do not disturb" sign on the door. FYI, The hot tub is still listed as a feature on the website, so might want to take that down, if it isn't going to be an option for clients. (I just went out and checked it out.)
