We do not rent to residents who live within a 50 mile radius. Large truck and or trailer parking is not available. Responsible party must be 21 years or older. Must have a valid credit or debit card, linked to an actual bank account, pre-printed with their name on it, and a photo ID. Reloadable and prepaid credit and debit cards may not be used for payment or incidentals (Bluebird, Walmart Prepaid, etc.). Cash is accepted at check out; a credit card must be authorized until then. No rollaways beds are available.

Dogs are welcome: Pet Fee of 10.00 USD per night, per pet. Must be under 35 pounds. No more than 2 pets per room. Only dogs are allowed, no cats.

Service animals are permitted, without charge.
