Customer Service... what's that?

I think the customer service was very lacking. I had a guaranteed reservation for 23 July and managed to arrive at 1130am. I knew that check in time is 3pm however my schedule got to the hotel earlier than expected. When asking Rita if I can check in early and she denied the request. You had an opportunity to demonstrate good customer service and chose to do business "by your rules." I will not recommend your hotel nor will I return. Additionally, no paper receipt or email receipt was sent upon check out. And NO, it is not in my spam folder.
