The hotel seemed clean enough and the beds were comfortable. However, the maintenance was a major issue while we were there. The only elevator stopped working, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, the card reader to get into the side of the building didn’t work, the television in our room wouldn’t display any of the channels, the shower head was leaking a significant amount of water, the freezer was completely frosted over so nothing could be put in there, etc. I would stay there again if it were the only option but would look for other options in the area first. It was a busy weekend there for hotels and prices were higher than normal, so what I got was definitely not worth what I paid.

Air conditioning vents very dusty, I have allergies so this made for a very uncomfortable night. The air conditioner didn’t keep the room cool, the tv remote half the buttons didn’t work and the toilet was clogged.

Our room was on the first floor, and so it was probably one of the rooms used most often. But you could tell. Our two queen beds were nice and comfortable and had clean linens, but the sofa bed was very worn out, as was everything else in the hotel room--the furniture was worn (it wasn't broken or anything) and the bathtub had apparently had a hole broken into it and was shabbily "repaired" with some sort of putty. It looked like crap. The tub did not drain well and the carpet was very gross-looking. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lastly, we went to swim and decided not to because the pool water was visibly dirty and looked like a bunch of dirty kids had taken a bath in it.
