Cleanliness

The bathroom shower ceiling had stains on it with what looked like black mold. When we checked out I informed the person that checked me out he said ok. He didn't apologize or say thank you for informing me and I will get someone to check it out. The guy acted like it was a inconvenience for me to tell him anything.
