Hotel is average, nothing special. Cheap breakfast. Clean. The only reason I decided to take this survey is because service that was provided by AV was incredible. He went above and beyond to meet all my needs and make my stay as comfortable as possible. If I ever come back to kirksville, i will stay at this place, because I am certain about high level of service. All thanks to AV

Good value and peaceful sleeping
It is a quiet, clean, convenient location for my extended family to stay while visiting from out of town, as I was.

The hotel was notified that I would be arriving late night. I was given a room that had a horrible mildew odor and gnats.
