This is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel but it’s not. We were given a room that smelled like cigarettes and had to ask to be given a different room. Also, the first day we got there, our kids jumped in the pool and got burned by the amount of chlorine and other chemicals. We talked to the front desk about this and never got resolved during our three day and two night stay. The maintenance people, which seem to be the same front desk people, simply don’t know what they are doing. We booked three rooms but only one of them had a fridge. Two of the TVs were not working and had to call the front desk people for help. Breakfast is supposed to be over by 9 am. We showed up at 8:30 am and there were no eggs or milk left, and only a few fruits left. I understand they are tying to be efficient but this was over the top. Overall, it felt like a cheap hotel in a third world country.

Where do I start? Dirty, stained towels, stained bedding, rooms smell of smoke and mold, charged for pets in a room that was just gross.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Online the room was supposed to have a microwave and refrigerator, but our room had neither. For breakfast, there were only a few eggs and no bagels.
