We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights each. One double & one queen. When we checked in it was never mentioned that the hot water was not working in the queen room. Never mentioned! My husband went to take a shower and was told they knew about this since Tuesday ( we checked in on Friday). The housekeepers also told us the manager knew since Tuesday! Apparently they had someone come to fix it but they fired him and the district manager told the manager to call the corporate maintenance and they was told he would be there when he got there. This was over labor day weekend. We stay at that hotel every time we come to Dexter. I have since i was a teenager. This is ridiculous, we couldn't even shower in our own room, we was told we couldn't be moved because they was booked up. The manager said she couldn't discount the room. What really upset me the most is that you could have at the VERY least let us know before we paid to give us the opportunity to go to another hotel! Or put us in a different room cause we was staying for 3 days! At least tell your guests, thats the very least you can do. Not only does my family stay there, my parents and my brother and his family! I don't know if any of us will anymore

Disappointed in the "free breakfast.". It was some wrapped chocolate donuts and honey buns, and a few individual size cereal boxes. No coffee that we saw and no bread or anything for toast. And no support bars in the bathroom by the toilet or in the shower. That is needed for elderly guests.
