Air conditioner made a noise every time it kicked on. Breakfast could be better. Scrambled eggs and cheap sausage links with the other container empty like it wasn't in use.

Fairly nice motel. A couple issues with the first room, the door to the adjoining room wouldn't lock and the phone didn't work. Also, the toilet cover didn't fit the toilet tank, so when you flushed, you also got sprayed with tank water. They switched us to the room we had originally requested and the only issue there was a broken flush handle on the toilet. It was just a little round nib. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast might have been nice, but they needed someone dedicated to taking care of it. Everything was empty. Had to get someone to refill it all. They definitely need a breakfast person. However, the staff is very accommodating, helpful and polite. We stayed here last year and realize it has gone downhill since then. It's a shame because it's fairly new, great location and easy to get to.

Some of staff (kitchen especially) inattentive to needs of patrons. Half of elevators inoperable and sitting open.
