clean room, pleasant staff, good location

The reason we booked here was to be able to swim. The outdoor pool was closed/broke and the indoor pool was too cold to swim. The reason we booked a king suite was so our son could have his 'own room & tv' , but the tv in that room did not work. The sofa bed mattress was very worn out and stained and too uncomfortable to sleep on. The ice machine was broke and the shower head did not work properly.

The hotel itself was a wreck. The indoor pool was freezing, no one ever in it, a pool heater in a crate not installed sitting on the pool floor. Hot tub closed/broke down. Switched us to a room with a whirl pool in the middle of the room...not the bathroom (no privacy). Out door pool "green" and closed. Hanging room lamp hanging my a wire/broke, fire hazard and or shock. Air conditioning unit loud...sounded like a freight train! didn't make the bed/ change sheets etc. Positive side: people were nice, breakfast very good. I have pictures if you'd like to see!
