We got in our room and the tv didn’t work, tried several times calling front desk. I had to drive to the front check in desk and advise her about the tv and me calling and didn’t get an answer. The lady said the telephone lines got water in them so it’s a hit and miss to get the front desk. Later we left to go to the shows and when we got back to the room at 11pm there was little baby roaches crawling all over the cabinets. My wife thought it was bed bugs. We was up late killing the roaches , the later it got the bigger the roaches got. The AC leak water all over the carpet. When I check out Sunday 27th I advise the young man and he said the manager will be in on Monday and they would have them call me, as of Tuesday July 29th I haven’t heard from the manager. I keep asking about my 50 dollar gift card for staying two nights and all I get is yes you will get.

some things need work. The west ice machine was not working and by the sound of the note to go clear to the other side to get ice, it sounds like it had been down for a while. The elevator at the east bldg wasn't working but they did get it fixed the last day we were there. We were in a handicap room since my wife has lupus and had to go over to the other building and climb 16 stairs and then walk most of the length of the building to get to the ice machine. unhandy for handicap people. The room was ok but there was no microwave nor a chair at the desk.

The room was extremely dirty. The shower head was broken so we barely could take a shower. The towels were stained, and the carpet was gross. There were huge chunks of mold growing in the AC vents, (which I have photos of). The lamp by the door didn't work. We were reserved for 2 nights but just check out a day early and ate the cost because the room was so filthy that we couldn't stay. I will never stay here again.
