Disappointed

The room was musty air didn’t work that well did report it to the lady at that time the pool was closed it’s the hole reason we stayed and wouldn’t let us cancel or get a refund

Outing with two 14 year old grandchildren, fulfilled one item on our bucket list

The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were not working, we completely understand, things break down, but was a disappointment to our two 14 year old grandchildren. Staff was very sorry for the issue and were very accommodating. Hotel is in need of some updates flooring didn't seem to be very clean either. Staff was very friendly.

The room was very musty/ humid felt like the carpet and sheets were wet. I walked across the carpet barefoot and my feet were black. Smelled bad and like mold.
