I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with an unclean bathroom. The tub had hair everywhere, and there was a used towel in the corner by the toilet that appeared to have urine on it. Not the first impression one hopes for on vacation. Later that evening, we discovered trash beside the bed and a pair of sandals that didn’t belong to us. It seemed like cleanliness was not a priority here at all. Another letdown was the shared ice/vending machine room; the microwave there was missing its rotating plate, making it impossible to properly heat our food. On a positive note, breakfast was decent and the pool area was nice, but it too could use a good cleaning. To top it off, the hot tub was out of order for our entire stay, which was a major reason we booked this hotel in the first place. We brought our concerns to the staff, but sadly, nothing happened , though we did not push further on the issue as to not ruin our stay further. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Still haven’t gotten refunded for my one night and I got charged twice in general and didn’t get reimbursed.

The bed was hard as concrete, I was so stiff & sore in the morning it was hard to focus on having fun. The A/C failed and we had to move to a different room. Then the TV failed and we had to have that fixed. I have no ambition to stay there again if there is nothing but problems with the room. It also would have been nice if the hot tub was working, but it was down for maintenance. If my stay is going to be uncomfortable and the amenities I am paying for are not available, then why stay. I will say the employees were understanding and professional that is why I gave a 2 rating and not a 1.
