Great Value Hotel
Great value for the price we paid and we will come again. Overall, room is nice and big and was clean. The hot breakfast items were not the best, but the kids love the biscuits and waffles so still a win. The pool area is nice, but we booked this hotel for the hot tub which was broken and reviewers from a month ago say it was so disappointed it was not fixed yet. Overall, great time and we will be back.

Cleanliness is not included in the room.
Our socks turned black (white socks) from the floor. Like the floor hasn’t been mopped in weeks or months. One chair has a seat bottom that will not hold a person. Could be a liability situation. We were satisfied in 2023 with the room. That is why we returned. Not again for us. AND we spent over 30 minutes trying to get tickets for show.. He missed dated our verbal requists, missed up the “updated” adjustments and finally called each theater to talk to someone on what we wanted. It finally worked. This standing around made us tired as we were waiting to get our room.
