Not the best, trash around buildings, indoor pool area needs remodeling, exterior maintenance and cleaning required, elevator dirty

Unfortunately the room did not look anything like the photos of rooms on the website. Room was not very clean, as well as the property outside. Trash all over the entrance to the building. Parking was not set up well and even being a platinum member I had to park behind the building I was staying in that was not well lit. Breakfast was not that great. No attendant working to help maintain quantity or cleanliness. Also no meat choice was disappointing. The lobby restrooms were not clean and were not stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. The biggest complaint is that the property does not look like the pictures advertised.

They never made our bed in 5 days they said they only make the bed upon request (the info in the room said every three days).The pool area was dirty but the pool itself was nice.The elevator deserves and F but it did go up and down so it gets a D. The grounds were in great need of cleaning up and general repair.I forget the room 5 days the only thing they did was replace the towels no cleaning at all.
