Staff was great. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

Clean, friendly customer service

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times with no issues but it has been awhile since I have. I was disappointed this time. For starters, the door sticks terribly, and is quite an aggravation. The room also smelled musky/mildewy when I walked in and the ceiling looked like it has mold on it but was painted over. Also had no conditioner in the shower-bottle was completely empty- housekeeping needs to pay more attention excuse bathroom floor was dirty as well. Front desk lady could have been a bit more welcoming as well. She made me seem like I was an inconvenience. Breakfast was eh. Biscuits and gravy were awful. And the pool was very cloudy and had dirty spots in the bottom of it. Super upsetting because I used to love this hotel. Beds at least were comfy and sheets were clean. Hopefully next time will be better-I will give it another chance since this was the first negative experience we’ve had.
