Room stunk. Floors dirty. Vanity not cleaned.

Outdated-run down. Horrible breakfast presentation-hardly any food-hot water for tea was cold-coffee was cold and very weak-etc

First non-smoking room had been smoked in. Second room all the way on the other side of the property I preferred not to stay in and was very musty (damp). Third room was fine but on the second floor and also in a preferred location. Tv remote did not work and required replacement. Card had to be reprogrammed. Checkout slowed because lobby doesn’t open until 6:30 AM. I was able to use the security window. The hosts were helpful, especially Derick. If I ever stay here again, it would only be due to the efforts of he and the day shift lady to address each problem as they arose.
