This place was absolutely impossible to get in touch with via phone, then they were rude when I finally did get them on the phone after calling the 800 number and being transferred! Upon checking in even though I had requested early ck in when I booked 3 weeks in advance they said our room wasn’t ready, the front desk personnel were all extremely rude, tired and just exasperated acting with our entire party. We were an entire group, booked around 10 rooms. The hotel/maid staff were excellent, as well as the facilities.

Vicksburg ms hotel
The first room they gave us the air conditioner was leaking all over the carpet. They switched us to another after call the manager of the motel. The second room the tv remote hardly switched channel I had new batteries and put them in still would no work after pressing and pressing you could get a channel or two to change
