Poor lighting in the room. General appearance of the property. Never could get hot water. No fruit at breakfast

This location was the worst Quality Inn I ever had stayed at. Every room smells like smoke or animals! I do enjoy Quality Inn Hotels, but this is the first time, I have ever felt it deserves a one star: 2-👎🏽👎🏽. (I paid for one night, but DID NOT spend one minute there) I'm still waiting on my refund for the other 2 days.

This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. It was dirty. There were holes in the walls in the bathroom the entire place smell like weed. I tried to check out the day I checked in after trying to stay in the room for hours, and they just laughed at me. They did eventually move me to another room that was better but at 9:30 in the morning they showed up and asked me if I was ready to leave. Check out was not until 11 o’clock, but they just stood at the door until we left. They were supposed to offer breakfast, but they closed the breakfast at like 8 AM This hotel is right down the road from Mississippi State University and could be billed to capacity every single day but because it’s so gross it never will be. I hate that I had to pay that much money this day in such a rat hole never again…
