Hotel is desperately in needed of a remodel. Carpet is worn and dirty looking. Major offender was the bedding. The sheets were so worn you could see through them if held up to the light plus the sheets were wholly and torn at the head. When the shower water was turned in it smelled like sewer. On the day of checking out we had hung the do not disturb sign out. As we were making finally preparations to leave, which included bathroom needs, a maid barged in and only stopped when I yelled at her to stop. What’s the point of the sign! I used the room key several times to access the hotel from other than the main entrance. You might imagine my shock to discover no key was required. Anybody from the street could access the hotel from auxillary doors; where’s the security?

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn, and overall, it was a great experience. I would rate my stay 5 out of 5 and I would consider returning/recommend it to others based on my experience.

The room and facilities are not good. Our room was wet from ac unit leaking, toilet paper holder was broke, handle on toilet had to be held to flush, the wall had a hole in it. The Tv had a spot in screen and pool had broken brick and was not very clean. The ice machine did not work well and leaked water on floor and they kept cleaning it up. The door to hotel in back did not lock so anyone could open it. Cigarette butts all in parking lot with beer bottle caps and even some in pool.
