The crew we dealt with were nothing but fantastic from beginning to end. After driving 11 hours I was pretty much drained, but Dot had me laughing and smiling as we checked in. Just realized I never did get the names of the morning crew or the room crew. Breakfast was ready on time every morning, reported a problem with lighting over the sink and it was taken care of that day but what was really shocking was the room getting taken care of every day. That does not happen at many places these days. Also wanted to mention that the property was very well maintained and taken care of and we have already filled started spreading the word.

There was a leak in the shower ceiling, the toilet didn’t work correctly. The room didn’t have the welcoming aspect you would expect for your stay.

Cleaning needs to be done better. Baby spider was in the shower, then the next morning I seen a roach on the ceiling while showering. That is very nasty I am a very clean person , I’m pregnant and have a small child this was unacceptable.
