The entry onto the property is not driver friendly. The room sure needs updating: Room desk chair does not function up/down or lean back. Room furniture is grossly outdated and appears to be from a yard sale. Bathroom amenities need upgrading. Room A/C makes a gurgling noise which was irritating to our rest and relaxation. Room carpet was dirty from previous inhabitants. Room entry door was extremely hard to open once fully closed. Breakfast amenities were ok but lacking in variety. Breakfast microwave door handle was broken off and missing. Initially assigned to second floor, however, no ice machine on that floor so we asked for another floor, was assigned to the 3rd floor and close to the elevator. Good move. And ice machine was adjacent to the elevator. Asked for room service. Didn't happen. Had to ask twice. Finally serviced. Asked for a last day service. Didn't happen.
