Disappointed

They submitted the payment twice and now I have both charges on my card. The ironing board was broken. The iron didn't work at all. The room keys kept malfunctioning and it took at least 10 attempts each time trying to get into the room. The bed felt like concrete. However the staff was very nice and the room was clean.

Wrong Room

Probably one of the worst stays I’ve had. AC didn’t work, remote didn’t work in TV and least important, nor privacy screen in window. I though the AC would kick in, but woke up to 87 degrees in my room.
