The stay was great. Two minor notes- the bathtub was uneven (couple cracks or blemishes on the base/floor) and there wasn't a guide to search TV channels. Thank you!!!

Clean comfortable accommodations, professional staff, excellent value!

Only one good worker at the front desk the whole time we were there. No one ever followed up with the room concern I sent via the text message system that Choice sent me and asked if there were concerns and replied that someone would follow up with me. Pool was closed the whole time. When I asked about it I was told it was noted online to be closed. They continued to tell me the manager had it marked online that the pool was closed and when I showed them the website and that it said nothing about the pool being closed, for MONTHS now, they just kept telling me the same thing. There was nowhere for guests to throw away larger trash, like a pizza box, they started to direct me to the dumpster outside. The best staff was the lady managing the breakfast, she was lovely. The rooms while clean enough were poorly remodeled and in need to basic repairs still.
