Beautiful room, clean, quiet. Also a great gym, plenty of options for workout equipment. I would like it if the shower would have had a complete shower door, but it that is not a reason I wouldn’t stay again. I know there is a Starbucks in the mall, but a small coffee shop in the hotel would have been nice because walking to Starbucks was a bit of a walk too. Overall, it was really good.

The bed mattress had a significant sip or sagging which made it uncomfortable. Definite sign of wear and tear. The pillows were also uncomfortable. We were there for a work conference and the conference rooms were extremely cold. Almost all attendees felt the same. The hotel is so beautiful and your staff was kind and friendly.

Excellent Stay and Conference

The location was perfect, the food was great, the staff were top notch, and the contracted AV and other services were excellent. We had such good feedback from the attendees of our event and we appreciate all that you did!
