Our bedding had stains and towels had stains but overall nice place

Very clean and professionally managed hotel. The food and themes offered during our conference was pneunomenal!!!! One recommendation would be to have an optional extra blanket. I heard from others who attended the conference they were cold at night as well.

Had to switch rooms. I was on top floor. Chiller unit located on roof right above my room making terrible noise, I couldn’t sleep. Hotel staff said they are aware of it and it has a bad bearing. They said they have gotten complaints about it. Then when I asked to switch rooms the front desk personnel said there were no rooms available. Well this is not true. I said then refund me and I’ll go to another hotel. Magically I got switched to another room. In the 2nd room the bathtub was clogged. All kinds of gross stuff in the tub from the drain. So apparently the maintenance at the hotel is pretty bad. Would never stay there again and would not recommend to anyone.
