A couple different reasons, the outside of the hotel was run down, the second floor smelled like Marijuana, and the breakfast was a big disappoint. There was only waffles, and yogurt.

Room 110 smells like pee. Room 134 smells a lil,shower knob broke. Customer service was excellent

Overall it was a decent hotel. All employees were kind ans nice. The only disappointment was that my son left his pj's and a pair of important shorts at the hotel. Staff were very kind but no one was able to find them. We have returned home and searched all of our luggage and unable to find. This is on us not the hotel or staff.
