Completely disappointed
Customer service was poor, A/C didn't work and there was never a resolve for the issue. 3 nights with no air. The room was small and crowded. It had too much unnecessary furniture. The shelf in the shower was broken and would not hold the soap etc...

Used to be a nice hotel, but it has really went down....
We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before, but it has really went down. The smell of marijuana throughout the night. No door hangers to not disturb. Not sure who clean the rooms, but they came in and only emptied the trash can. Bed was not made, no new towels, no tissue replaced, no toilet paper. Matter of fact, ran out of toilet paper, called down to front desk, no answer. Went looking for another restroom and couldn't find one, went to the gym and found a box of tissue to use. This was totally unacceptable.
