BED BUGS!!
BEDBUGS!!! Horrible Bed Bug Infestation- Do not Stay here?
We stayed in a handicap room because of my elderly mother. We woke up in the middle of the night covered in bed bugs. We Were appalled to discover bed bugs during our stay at the Comfort Suites. We had only been in the room for a short time before finding live bed bugs crawling on the bed sheets and all over our bodies. The hotel's response to the infestation and its potential impact on our health was disappointing. The staff was not educated or prepared to handle the infestation. There was no policy or procedure that the staff was aware of to guide them on how to properly handle Bed Bugs. This is unacceptable!
