The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean with a great shower. The only problem I had was trying to find storage for my clothes, being there are not enough drawers or cabinets to place your clothes. If my wife was with me on this trip she would have had a fit. It also would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in to watch TV or relax. The desk chair is not comfortable at all, and we do not like laying on the bed to watch TV. 5 stars even with the 2 items I mentioned. PS. 3.00 for a bottle of water is a bit high. 1.50/2.00 maybe but 3.00?

Amazing hotel from the moment we walked in. We had a small glitch with our room and overbooking, but Megan the GM called me earlier that morning and went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever. Pleasant and accommodating staff, even asking how our kids played in their tournament and interacting with them. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel, cleanest rooms with comfy linens. Don't skip out on the restaurant either, our meals were phenomenal and the chef knows what he's doing. Will definitely return!
