ADA room lacking

price seemed high for the area and the room was not clean. Stains on the comforter and pink mold in the bathroom shower area room 104. No accommodations for deaf or hearing impairment in the ADA room.

Dirty.

Ceiling in bathroom was pouring liquid from the bathroom in the room above. Front desk offered no help. No other rooms available and no one to fix it. We could not use the bathroom all night for fear of getting soaked by plumbing water.
