Disappointed

We stayed at that hotel a few years ago, we were very happy with all aspects then. Unfortunately things have changed, furniture out dated, the bed made noises when you get in and out of it. We paid extra for a whirlpool tub which didn't work. The breakfast area was not clean looking, not well looked after. Then leaving Sunday morning the girl behind the desk was put out a little only because I asked for a print out of my bill. I'm usually not this negative but I needed to vent.

The room was adequate but very old! Curtains were ripped. Shower was not as clean as I would have expected. The hallway carpet was very old and dirty.

Bulldoze it

Room smelled like mold, ac did work properly, curtains dont close properly, carpet thrunout hotels is badly stained, elevators are noisy, breakfast should be to 10am and change out meat selection Linen was not changed after day 3 as noted Hairdryer was inoperable It appears that it is taking in a lot of coin and not putting any back into the place
