First of all when I went in to check in, the girl at front desk was nowhere to be found. I had to talk real loud and say is anyone here. Then when she came she had a hard time finding my reservation. They did, however, have my room ready at 12:30 p.m. which was nice since we had an event to attend. We were very disturbed to see that the ceiling in the shower was ready to come down. It was dripping from the above floor. Sort of nervous about bacteria. We did not have time to change rooms even if there was one since we were on a tight schedule. The cushions on the sofa did not fit the sofa. Then the next morning for breakfast there was a full house and no bagels, English muffins, barely anything in the fridge. I inquired what was wrong and she said nothing came in. The one garbage can in the dining area was super dirty and always full..didn't seem like anyone wanted to empty it. I went looking for the front desk girl and the dining room girl and they were outside on their phones. Really disappointed since I usually always have nothing bad to report. I am usually happy with the room, etc. We stayed in room 142. Thank you

Ray provided outstanding customer service

This was a great place to stay. Everyone from Amy who clean my room so beautifully to Arianna was so kind checking me and my dog in. We even had the pleasure of having Andrew the manager helping with maintaining the delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet. My favorite part was the rounded shower curtains, I love the extre space. Thank you to everyone, it was duch a great experience, I can't imagine why anyone if their being honest write anything bad about this fine hotel. It really felt like home. Thank you!!!
