I used my points to book a free night. Let them know when I was checking in that I would like to stay in the same room and pay for the next night. The employee said it was noted. The following morning I woke up not fully clothed to knocking on the door before I reach the door of the door was thrown open. I shoved the door back because I was afraid somebody was breaking in. I realized that was probably not the case and opened the door. I was informed smugly check out was at 11 and that the two employees at my door had knocked repeatedly. My husband and I both work night shift and I was not listening for a knock on a room I had paid for. When I let both employees know that I had booked the room for two nights they said they would go back and check. I immediately received a phone call to the room saying that we were not booked another night and that we needed to check out. After looking again i guess the employee found the notation in the system. They did apologize. But being woken up from a dead sleep by to two employees opening the room door while I was not decent because isn't something I'd like to happen again. I feel like a phone call to the room beforehand instead of after the fact would've made more sense.

Room was dirty, sheets were stained, had to wait at counter forever while the employee was on cell phone in the back walking back and forth
