The seals on my front-facing windows was broken so it was like having my window open to the busy road and parking lot all night long. The pipes have an issue: every time someone who was staying in the room above or next to me would turn on their water, the pipes would make an apartment call-system buzzing sound. Woke me out of sleep several times each night.

Overall the room was clean and well kept. However, it was very small and there were a few issues: such as; the TV remote didn't work; the desk chair was broken; and the a/c unit had half it's cover missing.
