Upon check in, the room had an overwhelming smell of smoke in a supposedly smoke-free hotel. The toilet was absolutely disgusting and the sink was horribly stained. When we brought it to the attention of the hotel clerk we were informed that the hotel was completely booked, so we had no choice but to tough it out in that room. We then found that the bedsheets had a disgusting stain, the towels were paper thin and gray instead of what was, at one time, white, the pillows were flat as a pancake, some of the furniture threadbare, even the bathroom door looked like it had been used as a dartboard. The next morning, in the light of day, we could see how filthy the entry doors were and the overall appearance of the entryway was dirty, including the well worn carpeting. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

The check-in was great. The young man who checked us in (Aaron) was welcoming and friendly and very efficient.

Finger prints all over the bathroom walls. Desk chair was falling apart. Lounge chair in the corner appeared to be stained. A dead bug was on the wall with what looked like blood left on the wall, and the room had an unpleasant order.
