Disappointed
Quality was not good! Burn holes in sheets stains on the wall and the yelling in the halls insane!

Filthy bedding
Filthy sheets and mattress pads. I went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets and pillowcases for one bed (even though both were dirty). The woman carried them to my room and then turned to leave. I asked her who was going to make my bed. She said she had to go back to the front desk. No one came to my room to remake the bed. She never apologized for the dirty linens. Never tried to make it right for the inconvenience of ME having to do the hotel maid’s job.

Upon check in, the room had an overwhelming smell of smoke in a supposedly smoke-free hotel. The toilet was absolutely disgusting and the sink was horribly stained. When we brought it to the attention of the hotel clerk we were informed that the hotel was completely booked, so we had no choice but to tough it out in that room. We then found that the bedsheets had a disgusting stain, the towels were paper thin and gray instead of what was, at one time, white, the pillows were flat as a pancake, some of the furniture threadbare, even the bathroom door looked like it had been used as a dartboard. The next morning, in the light of day, we could see how filthy the entry doors were and the overall appearance of the entryway was dirty, including the well worn carpeting. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.
