Bad stay
One of the beds we had made a loud noise every time I moved in it. After staying one night , I talked to the manager and she told me they all make that noise. Well the other bed in our room didn’t. Her only suggestion was to check out and go somewhere else. Ridiculous. We had a wedding to attend and had no time. Begrudgingly, we stayed another night. I travel a lot and never got treated like that in a hotel, ever.
