Over rated

The price we had to pay for this room was crazy. Nothing special about the room. Check in. I wasn’t ask if I wanted a bottle water and snack or extra 250 points. Didn’t get recognized as an elite member. Breakfast was very scampi’s and the same person running the breakfast ran the front desk, I was went to check out and stood there for a good five mnutes and then decided to ask the person who was standing in the breakfast area . She said I will be there in a minute. When asking she said she did both.
