After checking in and noticing a strong chemical odor in the room, I attempted to air it out by opening the windows. After two hours, it had not disappeared, and I requested to check out. I was in the room for under 10 minutes and was charged one night, which is unacceptable.

Hôtel was outdated, our rooms were not exactly the cleanest (hair and dust everywhere). The shower in my room did not function properly (50% water out of the spout, 50% out of shower head), toilet did not flush properly, the rooms had a bad smell of cigarette smoke for being non smoking. Had issues checking in as we were charged for an extra room and the gentleman was not sure how to fix it, had to wait for a manager to come on shift who did fix it right away. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and the coffee was VERY watery. I am just happy our stay was only one night.

They overcharged me. They booked my room for a set amount, I asked them to take a night off and they said they would. There’s a pending charge for $60 over the rate that they charged me. I want my money back please. There were other issues too, I just won’t stay there again.
